Since our garments are custom-made to your specific measurements, we cannot accept returns for a full refund. However, your satisfaction is our priority.

Return Process

    Contact Support

    Email our team within 7 days of delivery if there is an issue with the fit or quality of your garment.

    Submit Photos

    Provide clear photos of the fit issues while wearing the garment to help our tailors assess the adjustments needed.

  • 3.
    Local Alterations

    Visit a local tailor for minor adjustments and submit the receipt to us for a partial alteration credit.

  • 4.
    Remake Request

    In the rare case of a production error, we will arrange for a garment remake once the original item is returned to our facility.
